Who we are

Alb Homes Ltd is a family-run building company based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, registered in England & Wales under company number 09625394. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, email us at info@albhomes.co.uk.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the quote form: your name, phone number, email address and the details of your project. There are no user accounts, and we never ask for payment information on this site.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quotation and keep in touch about your project — by phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever suits you. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you make to us as the legal basis for this.

Who we share it with

We never sell your details. Your enquiry passes through the company that hosts our website, the service that delivers website form messages to our inbox and our email provider, who handle it only on our behalf. Some of them are based outside the UK, and your information is protected there by the safeguards UK data protection law requires. Beyond that, your information stays within Alb Homes.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows from it, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

• You can ask what personal information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct it or delete it.
• You can object to us using it, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

To do any of these, just email us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you feel your information has been mishandled.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page.
